Happy 4th Birthday, Gerardito!

I'm a little late in posting this since my little guy turned 4 on Wednesday, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to show you his proud 4 year old smile....

And here he is with his brothers minus Santiago...

For his birthday we planned a picnic lunch and a zoo outing since he has been asking to go to the zoo for like the past 6 months..It was completely a surprise to him as we didn't tell him about it until we were on the way there. Well, the picnic lunch went great expect for it was kind of drizzly and windy so his birthday candles kept blowing out while we were singing to him...And as soon as we finished eating and got ready to head to the zoo ( we were in the parking lot), it started to rain..so we had to cancel the zoo trip and head home. Fortunately, the big 4 year old wasn't disappointed as we promised him a future zoo trip in the sunshine and a birthday cupcake was waiting for him at home!
