March's Mega-post!

I promised myself that I would not let the whole month of March pass without me posting something on the blog.... so here goes..a Mega-post of this months happenings...

1.)BASEBALL..




Rangers are not doing too bad so far..they've won 2 games and lost one. The boys are really enjoying themselves. Both have improved tremendously since the Fall season. Enriquito is fielding well. He is able to catch the ball in the air and make outs for the team. Gerardito is running faster, has more confidence and is hitting the ball better....take a look!






Here, he hit the ball well, just couldn't get there quick enough!




I wish I had video of some of the outs Enriquito has made, but I don't. Instead you'll have to settle for this out that Gerardito almost made was there to see! (Gerardito is playing first base..he is #3) The best part is watching him strut back to first base as if he did make the out!


Our next game is this Saturday...I'll try and get some better video!





2.)Farm life...


is keeping us all busy...in such a good way. We now have goats. They like to hang out with the chickens ... one of the nannies had 3 little babies, and they are cute as can be!




The boys have much to keep them busy and you can see them here having fun feeding the chickens..





I also was motivated this year to plant some flowers and add some Spring color to the front of the house....something I never would have attempted on my own...but with the help of my mom, my grandmother and all of the boys...voila....we have flowers!







3.)Gerardito turned FIVE on March 24th....

and we celebrated twice! We celebrated him a few days early since my parents and grandmother were in town...

And on his actual birthday, he had some dear friends visit to celebrate with him!
